My journey began in the area of graphic design, went through advertising agencies, specialized training in graphic design, and central roles in marketing departments of companies in Lisbon, particularly in the area of health and real estate.
Driven by an interest in design thinking, my focus was on user experience (UX) and user interface (UI) design. The challenge of deeply understanding business goals and having empathy for users’ needs has become fundamental in my quest to develop tools that guarantee the success of each project.

My work transcends pixels and code it’s about creating meaningful and lasting connections between users and products or services. Fascinated by the complexities of human behavior, I am committed to discovering the context, needs, desires, and motivations of individuals.
With a user-centered approach at the heart of my design philosophy, my goal is to transform insights into inclusive, intuitive, and impactful experiences. I believe in the power of empathy to drive design that truly resonates and makes a difference. Methodology
